Our Founder and CEO!

I embarked on my journey in nursing and disability support two decades ago at the age of 17. Starting in aged care, I diligently honed my skills in nursing homes before transitioning to hospital settings, particularly emergency departments, where I collaborated closely with exceptional nurses and doctors. Throughout this extensive journey, I wholeheartedly immersed myself in knowledge and hands-on experiences, discovering my profound passion for disability support. I realised the remarkable impact even a 1% difference can have when care emanates from a place of genuine compassion and acceptance.

In addition to my healthcare journey, I ventured into the corporate sector, beginning as an assistant to CEOs and steadily climbing the ladder. I eventually assumed management roles, becoming an indispensable right hand to CEOs and overseeing day-to-day business operations.

My leadership philosophy revolves around standing shoulder to shoulder with my team, sharing knowledge, fostering collaboration, and forming partnerships with like-minded organisation's and businesses who share our common goals and passions.
